Full Production - At any point during the planning process you may decide you need someone to take over organizing the many details of your special day. Hiring a Wedding Planner is the best gift you can give yourself.  As your Wedding Planner a monthly report will be generated to give you an update of our progress. This report will include vendor contracts for your review, a current working Wedding Day Schedule, notes on all communication regarding changes discussed, the Wedding Day Binder, Updated Budget, and any other necessary reports such as guest lists, gifts, shower and bachlorette party information, etc.

If you are planning a Destination Wedding in Hawaii you may want to have someone handle hiring all the vendors, locate the ceremony site, reception site, Officiant, etc.

Fees for this service are directly related to the type of Wedding or Event you are planning  Therefore, we are unable to give you a set charge at this moment. 

We are sure you realize there are so many different options when planning a wedding,  some are simple to plan and others may be more complicated.  The simple weddings may take 20 to 30 hours to plan.  The more complex weddings may take anywhere from 30+ hours.  The Day Of service is an additional fee to planning your wedding; however, once we decide on the type of wedding we are planning we will be able to inform you of the amount.   

After discussing your plans we will be able to give you an estimated quote for our services for planning your wedding or event.  A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the date for you.  When we decide to work together we will email you a request for payment via PayPal so that you may use your credit card if you prefer.
